Miu Miu Client Advisor position in Hong Kong offering luxury fashion retail and sales opportunity with Prada Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the client at the center of every interaction, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony
- Drive individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance, contributing to overall store success and KPI achievement
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and deep understanding of Miu Miu's heritage, culture, and design DNA
- Capture and maintain client data in the Company CRM system to foster personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Cultivate expertise in luxury fashion trends and competitor positioning to inform client discussions and provide strategic style advice
- Resolve client complaints with ownership, liaising with management and the Client Service team as needed
- Execute omnichannel service delivery, hosting both in-person and virtual client appointments
- Maintain operational excellence through stock management, inventory compliance, security protocols, and daily store operations
- Partner collaboratively with team members and back-of-house staff to ensure consistent service standards and a positive work environment
- Leverage company digital tools to enhance the luxury customer experience and drive integrated engagement
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and luxury retail
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with demonstrated sales achievement
- Excellent team collaboration and result-driven approach
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
