Miu Miu Client Advisor in Hong Kong – luxury fashion sales role combining in-store and ecommerce excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service aligned with the client journey ceremony, prioritizing customer needs and requests
- Drive achievement of individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance while contributing to overall store success
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales quality and customer service
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, brand heritage, culture, and DNA
- Capture and manage customer data within the Company CRM system to build personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Champion and promote the omni-channel retail approach, seamlessly integrating in-store and digital touchpoints
- Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to provide informed product recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints proactively, escalating complex issues to management and client service teams as necessary
- Handle all products with the highest level of care and respect
- Utilize company digital tools and platforms to deliver a complete and integrated luxury experience
- Schedule and conduct customer appointments, both in-person and via virtual meetings
- Collaborate with back-of-house operations, maintaining organization and supporting daily store activities
- Ensure strict compliance with company operational guidelines, stock procedures, security protocols, and all reporting requirements
- Foster a collaborative team environment, communicate constructively with colleagues, and embrace diversity and inclusion values
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach
- Proven relevant experience in sales
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Strong team-player with results-oriented focus
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Skills
Experience
Relevant experience in sales; prior experience in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics retail is advantageous.
