Role & Responsibilities

• Place the client at the center of service delivery, creating a welcoming environment and meeting every request in accordance with the client journey ceremony
• Drive individual and team sales performance, consistently exceeding targets and KPI goals whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, brand history, culture, and DNA
• Capture and maintain client data within the Company CRM system to foster personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
• Embrace and promote an omni-channel retail approach, integrating in-store and digital touchpoints seamlessly
• Maintain informed awareness of fashion trends, market developments, and competitor activity to advise clients with expertise and authority
• Take ownership of client complaint resolution in collaboration with management and Client Service teams
• Operate with meticulous care and respect for all products
• Actively leverage Company digital tools to deliver a complete and integrated luxury experience
• Host and conduct client appointments, both in-person and via virtual platforms
• Collaborate with back-of-house operations to maintain store standards and organized inventory management
• Ensure full compliance with Company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, and reporting requirements
• Function as a collaborative team member, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive, inclusive working environment

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion with a dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor
• Proven experience in a sales capacity
• Background in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics retail (advantageous)
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Proven team collaboration and results-oriented work approach
• Fluent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
