Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and elegant environment that prioritizes client needs and delivers excellence service aligned with the brand's client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance and KPI achievement
- Cultivate extensive product knowledge encompassing Miu Miu history, heritage, and brand DNA
- Capture and maintain client data within the Company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future opportunities
- Champion an omni-channel mindset, integrating in-store and digital touchpoints seamlessly
- Stay informed of luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to provide expert guidance and styling advice
- Resolve client complaints professionally in collaboration with management and customer service teams
- Host and conduct client appointments both in-person and virtually using available technology
- Support back-of-house operations including stock management, inventory procedures, and daily store logistics
- Execute Company procedures regarding operational guidelines, security, cash handling, and inventory reporting
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive, inclusive working environment that reflects Prada Group values
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion with demonstrated enthusiasm and dynamic energy
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, cosmetics, or related sectors
- Strong customer-centric orientation with proven ability to close sales and exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills with team-oriented and results-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

Experience
Relevant experience in sales, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics sectors. Candidates from the luxury industry will be advantaged.
