Miu Miu Client Advisor in Hong Kong: deliver luxury retail excellence, manage sales targets, and build client relationships for the prestigious Prada Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the centre of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and providing excellence service aligned with the company's client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals while maximizing personal sales performance and contributing to overall store success
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge encompassing Miu Miu collections, brand history, culture, and design DNA
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM system to build personalized relationships and identify future business opportunities
- Embrace the omni-channel mindset, facilitating seamless experiences across in-store, ecommerce, and virtual consultation touchpoints
- Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal collections to provide informed styling advice
- Resolve customer complaints with ownership and discretion, collaborating with line management and the Client Service team as needed
- Handle all products with the highest care standards and operate company digital tools to enhance the luxury customer experience
- Host and conduct customer appointments in-person or via virtual meetings
- Collaborate with back-of-house operations, participate in daily store activities, and maintain organized stockroom procedures
- Adhere to all company operational guidelines, security protocols, inventory procedures, and reporting requirements
- Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication and commitment to diversity and inclusion values
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion with a dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Team player mentality with results-oriented focus
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
