Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively address customer complaints, coordinating with the line manager as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security by being vigilant and preventing product thefts.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
