Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalised approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments and maximise sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Remain up-to-date on fashion trends and monitor competitor activity
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Manage customer complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary
- Ensure shop floor and visual display maintain high standards in compliance with company operational guidelines
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention measures
- Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for sales floor
- Organize and perform product counting and stock-takes
- Track product flow through SAP system
- Manage product flow during repair processes
- Handle stockroom activities related to markdown
- Ensure returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries follow corporate guidelines and deadlines
