Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Place the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs.
  • Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and a positive working environment.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager.
  • Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to security measures to prevent product thefts.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of the managed product category.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a focus on client relationship management.
