Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting clients, ensuring a superior in-store experience.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors.
- Exhibit comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
- Ensure the safety and proper handling of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
- Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and product preparation for sales floor and special areas.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
- Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and deadlines for returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries.
Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong affinity for luxury products.
- High sense of responsibility and maturity.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Assertive demeanor.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Education
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
