Miu Miu Client Advisor position in Bangkok, Thailand – luxury retail sales and brand ambassador role at Siam Paragon.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers whilst providing an exceptional in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through individualised consultation, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments to maximise sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer complaints effectively in collaboration with line management
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to security protocols and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Passion for interpersonal relations and sales
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Demonstrable knowledge of and passion for luxury fashion, art, and design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin is advantageous
- Problem-solving orientation with curiosity and analytical mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Skills
Experience
Experience in a client-facing luxury retail or hospitality setting is preferred. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing a loyal customer base is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in fashion, luxury goods, or business is advantageous.
