Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to enhance brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

Skills

Strong passion for human relations and sales. Problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge and passion for the product category managed. Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are advantageous.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
