Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying and promoting Miu Miu's philosophy and values to clients whilst guiding them through the luxury product portfolio
  • Create a welcoming retail environment and deliver an exceptional in-store experience aligned with the company's client journey ceremony standards
  • Capture and manage customer data within the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Actively engage in cross-selling across all departments and pursue omnichannel retail strategies to maximize sales and achieve individual KPIs and targets
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current fashion trends, competitor offerings, and Miu Miu products to inform consultative selling approaches
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to line management when necessary
  • Ensure shop floor cleanliness and visual display standards comply with company operational guidelines and merchandising protocols
