Miu Miu seeks a Client Advisor — Bags (Portuguese speaker) in Paris to drive sales, clienteling and omnichannel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional in-store client experience in accordance with Miu Miu's client journey ceremony, welcoming and guiding customers with impeccable service.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the Company CRM to develop personalised relationships and future sales opportunities.
- Adopt and promote an omnichannel mindset, supporting seamless client engagement across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Proactively cross-sell across departments and maximise individual and team sales to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge and monitor fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet Miu Miu operational and visual merchandising standards and follow stock procedures.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention vigilance.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken French and English; proficient Portuguese speaker as specified in the role title.
- Proven experience building long-term client relationships, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to engage and influence high-net-worth clients.
- Demonstrated team player who can also operate autonomously and take ownership of sales outcomes.
- Ambitious, resilient, self-motivated and results-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Experience
Proven retail sales experience with a track record of client development and achieving KPIs; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or tertiary education in fashion, luxury retail, or business is an asset.
