Miu Miu is seeking a Business Analyst to support its Business Analytics and Merchandising Planning team through analysis of sales, product performance, purchasing behavior and commercial KPIs. The role develops budgets and dashboards and partners with Merchandising, Product and Production teams; annual RAL is €35,000–€38,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, product performance, purchasing behavior and commercial KPIs across brands and categories, and present strategic and operational insights to business stakeholders.
- Produce reports and dashboards to monitor trends, anomalies and opportunities using Excel and Power BI, supporting the resources dedicated to individual categories.
- Develop sales and purchasing budgets for brand licenses, monitor category performance, identify replenishment needs and assess product coverage.
- Provide the Collection Merchandising team with customized reporting and analytical support for collection analysis.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Product and Production teams to optimize decision-making processes and improve the quality and effectiveness of analyses.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis, preferably in the fashion industry or in environments with complex, multi-category retail dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools, particularly advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and data presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different business stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
