Miu Miu seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Boston to support store performance, client loyalty, team development, and retail standards. The role develops sales strategy with cross-functional retail teams and supports excellent customer service; the annual salary range is $95,000–$110,000, with possible eligibility for bonuses and other incentives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote brand loyalty and achieve assigned quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Represent the Company and implement directions from the Retail Department and Store Manager.
- Stay current on fashion trends, monitor competitors, and communicate relevant information to sales staff.
- Reflect the corporate image and ensure the staff is aligned with it.
- Support the Store Manager in delivering an excellent customer welcome and service and maintaining the brand’s qualitative standards.
- Promote customer loyalty and develop and maintain strong client relationships through a client-centric approach.
- Support the Store Manager in fostering an entrepreneurial, team-oriented spirit through effective communication and efficient organization.
- Support staff professional growth and training by sharing development plans with the Store Manager.
- Develop sales strategies in cooperation with the Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams.
- Ensure cooperation between the front and back office.
- Maintain the store’s image and product care in accordance with corporate standards, and ensure staff commitment to those standards.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business or Retail Management, or equivalent, is a plus.
- Interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
- English is required; other languages are a plus.
