Miu Miu Assistant General Manager position in Las Vegas. Lead luxury retail operations, drive sales, and manage teams in a flagship store environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote brand loyalty and customer retention whilst achieving assigned sales and qualitative objectives
  • Represent the company and implement all strategic directives from the Retail Department and Store Manager
  • Monitor fashion trends and competitor activities, communicating insights to sales staff
  • Maintain corporate image standards and ensure staff alignment with brand positioning
  • Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer welcome and service experiences
  • Foster client-centric relationships and develop lasting customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies
  • Ensure coordination and synergy between front office and back office operations
  • Oversee store image maintenance and product care in accordance with corporate standards
  • Support staff professional development and training initiatives in partnership with the Store Manager
  • Promote entrepreneurial spirit and team cohesion through effective communication
