Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize microfabrication processes for quartz crystal and oscillator production
- Conduct process validation and troubleshooting to ensure consistency and quality across manufacturing lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including materials science, quality assurance, and production to implement process improvements
- Document and maintain detailed process specifications, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation
