Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes for miniaturized quartz crystal components and oscillators
- Conduct process parameter studies and design of experiments (DOE) to improve yield and quality metrics
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale laboratory processes to industrial production
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent output
- Document and maintain comprehensive process specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Monitor process performance through data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering)
- Demonstrated experience in process engineering within semiconductor, microfabrication, or precision manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with process simulation and CAD software
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and statistical analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
