Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse, and continuously improve existing wafer production and photolithography processes (photoresist coating, photolithography, physical vapour deposition, wet etching, and related techniques)
- Develop, qualify, and implement new production processes in collaboration with development and production leadership
- Plan, coordinate, conduct, and evaluate experimental trials in close partnership with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Perform systematic root cause analysis for process deviations and implement sustainable corrective measures
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in physics, materials science, chemistry, or related engineering discipline
- Demonstrated experience with semiconductor or thin-film manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with process control, statistical analysis, and experimental design methodologies
Skills
Experience
Proven professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, or allied microfabrication environments, with demonstrated competency in process engineering, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent higher technical qualification in physics, materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or closely related discipline.
