Micro Crystal AG seeks Business Development Manager for Western US & Mexico territory in Phoenix. Drive sales of precision timing solutions across multiple markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture market share in the Western US and Mexico territory
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned regional accounts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers in automotive, industrial, communications, and medical sectors
- Present technical solutions and product benefits to C-level executives and procurement decision-makers
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and track performance against quarterly and annual targets
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform business development initiatives
- Travel throughout the territory to meet with clients and attend industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the electronics, semiconductor, or related precision engineering sector
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large territory sales and achieving revenue targets
- Deep understanding of technical specifications, particularly in timing solutions, oscillators, or similar precision components
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Experience
5–8 years of professional sales, business development, or account management experience within the electronics, semiconductor, precision engineering, or industrial components sectors. Prior experience selling to automotive, medical device, communications, or industrial applications is highly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional sales experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and competency.
