Michael Kors seeks Wholesale Operations Support Coordinator in Venlo, Netherlands. Manage orders, inventory, and customer communications across European wholesale operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Enter, manage, and release orders, reorders, and swaps in line with seasonal inventory logic
- Send order confirmations to customers within agreed schedules and monitor order status through all phases from placement to delivery
- Monitor accuracy of orders during all four selling campaigns and organize shipments in the Italian market
- Prepare weekly reports and conduct regular reviews on wholesale performance and customer activity
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customer contacts and account stakeholders
- Process return authorizations, communicate return requirements, and organize return shipments with logistics support
- Perform data entry and updates of customer master data with the support of the Wholesale Operations Support Assistant
- Navigate RLM, Active Omni, Qlik View, and Smart Sheet systems with an analytical approach, understanding interdependencies
- Resolve operational issues independently and proactively, applying creative problem-solving to complex situations
- Work collaboratively with Account Executives, Sales Agents, Accountancy, and Logistics teams
- Provide regular data and reporting to Account Executives, Agents, and Accountancy to maintain customer control and oversight
Qualifications
- College degree (MBO or equivalent)
- Previous experience in B2B Customer Service and/or Wholesale Operations Support
- Proficiency in Excel and other IT systems
- Mandatory fluency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of at least one additional major European language (German, French, or Spanish); a third language is advantageous
- Understanding of fundamental principles in Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance within fashion or luxury retail organizations

Experience
Previous experience in B2B Customer Service and/or Wholesale Operations Support is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, working independently whilst managing complex situations with an external-pressure tolerance and solution-oriented mindset.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 34,000 to EUR 47,000 per annum.
