Role & Responsibilities
- Enter, manage, and release orders, reorders, and swaps within the wholesale system
- Monitor order status across all phases from placement through delivery
- Send order confirmations to customers according to established timelines
- Manage seasonal inventory logic and placement for re-orders and swaps
- Organize and coordinate shipments for the Italian market
- Prepare weekly reports and conduct regular operational reviews
- Process return authorizations and coordinate return shipments with logistics partners
- Maintain and update customer master data in core systems
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with wholesale customer contacts
- Navigate multiple system entry tools including RLM, Active Omni, and reporting platforms such as Qlik View and Smart Sheet
- Provide independent problem-solving and process optimization support to Account Executives, Sales Agents, and finance teams
- Monitor order accuracy during all four seasonal selling campaigns
- Support Account Executives and Accountancy with regular data insights to maintain customer control and compliance
Qualifications
- College degree (MBO level or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other enterprise IT systems
- Mandatory fluency in English and Italian
- Proficiency in at least one additional major European language (German, French, or Spanish); third language is advantageous
- Understanding of foundational Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance principles within Fashion or Luxury organizations
- Previous experience in B2B Customer Service or Wholesale Operations Support is preferred

Previous experience in B2B Customer Service and/or Wholesale Operations Support is advantageous. Experience with enterprise wholesale operations systems and fashion/luxury supply chain environments is beneficial.
Education
College degree (MBO level or equivalent) required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 34,000 to EUR 47,000 per annum.
