Role & Responsibilities
- Create and distribute weekly sales reports; compile quarterly hindsight analyses for broader team and Merchandising department
- Manage and update available and upcoming inventory on a weekly basis; prepare inventory packages for wholesale accounts
- Process EDI and purchase orders within timelines; coordinate with customer service, logistics, and production departments on shipping, extensions, and shortage issues
- Track samples and merchandise showroom displays four times annually; maintain showroom and backroom organization
- Manage market milestone calendar, deadlines, and account appointments; coordinate sample requests from customers
- Ensure seasonal line listings are configured in system; create and maintain seasonal costing files; assist with market appointments by sending line lists and detail sheets to accounts
- Support Senior Director with pre-market line planning and post-market recaps
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in fashion retail; wholesale experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Passion for fashion with strong awareness of current trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving approach
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of pertinent experience in fashion retail; wholesale operations experience is considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or retail management is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 45,000 to CAD 66,000 per annum.
