Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and transmit initial project information to store design team
- Onboard and coordinate external project consultants and specialists
- Develop and maintain preliminary project timing, budgets, and financial forecasts throughout project duration
- Facilitate project approvals with brands, franchisees, and landlords
- Manage permits application and regulatory approval processes
- Oversee project procurement and tender processes for general contractors and millworkers
- Conduct cost comparison analyses and financial evaluations
- Coordinate construction activities and monitor execution quality
- Verify quality standards and design details are respected upon construction completion
- Manage snagging processes and address additional business requests
- Execute project financial closeout procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related discipline
- 1+ years of experience in store design, store development, or related role, preferably in fashion retail or architecture practice
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English at a professional level; European languages preferred; Italian an asset
- Ability to travel within EMEA region as required
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities with proven ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team-oriented environments

1+ years of experience within store design and development roles, preferably in fashion retail or architecture office environments. Demonstrated proficiency in managing store development projects from conception through completion.
Education
Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field is required.

Compensation
