Michael Kors seeks a Warehouse Supervisor - Pulling in Venlo, Netherlands to lead pull operations and teams at the EMEA distribution centre.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day pulling operations within the Venlo Distribution Centre to ensure accurate retrieval and flow of inventory to replenishment and active picking zones.
- Lead, coach and develop Warehouse Leads and operational staff, including conducting performance appraisals, corrective conversations and absence management.
- Monitor operational KPIs, analyse performance data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety and regulatory requirements; organise necessary external certifications and maintain correct time registrations and administrative records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Customs and Planning to resolve operational issues and align on customer requirements.
- Manage personnel administration for direct reports and temporary staff, including scheduling, timekeeping controls and interview documentation.
Qualifications
- MBO+ level (vocational education) or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid verbal and written English skills.
- Minimum three years of supervisory/leadership experience within warehouse or distribution centre operations.
- Proven knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
- Demonstrable understanding of end-to-end supply chain and inventory flow.

At least three years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations with extensive familiarity across operational departments and end-to-end supply chain processes.
Education
MBO+ level (vocational education) or equivalent practical qualification.
