Role & Responsibilities
- Follow quality service standards and comply with work instructions, procedures, rules and regulations
- Operate and maintain preventive warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate and cooperate with Warehouse Leads, Supervisors and Coworkers
- Report any discrepancies and quality issues to the Warehouse Leads
- Work with desktop systems and warehouse scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Label cartons and manage shipment preparation
- Move goods through the warehouse using approved methods
- Scan orders into the inventory management system
- Execute a variety of logistical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (speaking and reading at a good level)
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to obtain and present a certificate of conduct
- Flexibility to work weekends and shifts during peak periods
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
