Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment according to preventive maintenance protocols
- Pick, pack, and label orders while maintaining quality service standards
- Scan orders and manage desktop/scanner operations
- Move goods through the warehouse using appropriate handling techniques
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate effectively with Warehouse Leads, Supervisors, and team members
- Report discrepancies and quality issues to Warehouse Leads immediately
- Execute a variety of logistical tasks as assigned
- Maintain flexibility to support other departments during peak periods
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Fluent English (speaking and reading) at a good level
- Ability to obtain and provide a certificate of conduct
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to work weekends and shifts during peak seasons
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
