Role & Responsibilities
- Follow and comply with quality service standards, work instructions, procedures, rules and regulations
- Operate and perform preventative maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Warehouse Leads, Supervisors, and coworkers
- Report discrepancies and quality issues promptly to Warehouse Leads
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Label cartons accurately and ensure proper documentation
- Move goods through the warehouse using appropriate handling techniques
- Scan orders and merchandise using warehouse management systems
- Execute a diverse range of logistical tasks as assigned
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other departments when required
Qualifications
- Proven warehouse experience
- Fluent English language skills (speaking and reading)
- Valid certificate of conduct
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and shift patterns
- Willingness to support peak period operations and overtime when needed
- Comfortable working with desktop computers and handheld scanning devices

Previous warehouse experience is required. Demonstrated commitment to pursuing a career path within the warehouse and logistics industry is preferred.
