Role & Responsibilities
- Host seasonal store team training sessions using provided visual merchandising materials and deliver constructive feedback to the District Visual Merchandiser
- Conduct structured monthly floorset walkthroughs with store managers and teams, providing hands-on training and support
- Support monthly floorset installations in assigned stores and gather launch feedback for continuous improvement
- Develop and implement quarterly visual strategy aligned with store business objectives and trading priorities
- Assist store managers with commercial floorset updates informed by sales data, money mapping, and performance dashboards
- Attend weekly district conference calls to brief stakeholders on key visual merchandising focus areas and weekly objectives
- Interpret and translate company visual merchandising directives for market-specific implementation across the district
- Deliver market-specific projects including model store launches, in-store trials, and showroom setups
- Incorporate monthly competitive shopping insights into model store launches and displays
- Submit high-quality monthly store floorset photograph packs to the District Visual Merchandiser
- Provide weekly recap reports and strategic feedback to district management
- Develop and submit creative monthly competitive shopping ideas and recommendations
- Participate in special individual and team projects assigned by the EU visual merchandising department
- Collaborate with peer district visual merchandising assistants on innovation, creative trials, and initiatives focused on driving sales and profitability
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, or store operations
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail best practices
- Demonstrated ability to translate corporate directives into locally relevant execution
- Proficiency in retail analytics tools and sales dashboards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across multi-functional teams and districts
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or a related discipline. Experience supporting multiple store locations and managing visual consistency across a retail network is preferred. Demonstrated experience collaborating with store management teams and delivering training is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional education or certifications in visual merchandising, retail management, or business administration is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from GBP 31,000 to GBP 39,000 per annum.
