Role & Responsibilities
- Manage logistics and distribution operations across EMEA distribution centers and transportation networks to advance performance and processes
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to deliver service and performance aligned with brand strategy
- Oversee multi-brand warehouse operations, outbound transport, inventory, order fulfillment, and facility maintenance across Capri Brands in EMEA
- Oversee customer service operations for Michael Kors EMEA
- Manage day-to-day operations including internal and external partners and fourth-party logistics (4PL) services
- Develop and implement best practices to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve services with contracted carriers, brokers, and drayage operations
- Provide recommendations to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and participate in S&OP meetings to ensure logistics capacity aligns with commercial plans
- Serve as primary supply chain leader for Michael Kors EMEA, partnering closely with business leadership to support brand growth and deliver efficient customer service
- Plan and execute peak season operations while maintaining customer-centric focus
- Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture through defined KPIs, metrics, and objectives
- Leverage analytics to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results aligned with organizational strategy
- Set and manage resource and expense budgets in partnership with finance, including development of staffing models
- Partner with distribution leaders and loss prevention teams to ensure safety and security within distribution centers
- Build strong working relationships across Capri supply chain and business leaders to shape operations strategy and achieve aligned results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in supply chain management, transportation, economics, business administration, project management, or similar field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics and operations
- Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred
- Management of global organization with logistics and/or transportation budget responsibilities
- Strong data analytical skills with ability to consume and interpret metrics to make sound business conclusions
- Proven ability to consistently deliver on key performance indicators
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodology
- Experience managing global resources and working in matrix environments
- Extensive knowledge and experience managing complex channel analytics from concept to successful implementation
- Technical and applied understanding of logistics software and warehouse management systems
- Proven track record as a leader who remains calm under pressure and resolves conflicts effectively
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and address them proactively
- Metrics-oriented mindset with capability to draw insights from data for performance improvement
- Excellent verbal, written, and cross-organizational communication skills

Proven track record of driving operational excellence, implementing process improvements, and delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in supply chain management, transportation, economics, business administration, project management, or similar field.

The successful candidate will be located in Venlo, Limburg, Netherlands, with easy access to Amsterdam.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 160,000 to EUR 195,000 per annum.
