Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global licensing strategy across categories, partners and regions to reinforce brand positioning and unlock revenue expansion.
  • Develop long-term category roadmaps and oversee product and storytelling standards for licensed assortments.
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with global licensees, ensuring alignment on brand vision, quality and commercial objectives.
  • Own the licensing P&L, including forecasting, financial performance monitoring and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Negotiate new licensing agreements and renegotiate existing contracts to enable innovation, expansion and sustainable growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with brand, product development, marketing, merchandising and regional teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Lead cross-category special projects and guide product launches and category transitions with attention to operational excellence.
  • Improve processes and governance to increase collaboration, visibility and efficiency across the licensing ecosystem.
  • Identify and evaluate strategic collaborations and partnership opportunities that align with company strategy and brand priorities.

Qualifications

  • Significant leadership experience directing global licensing for consumer brands, preferably in fashion, accessories, beauty or lifestyle.
  • Proven track record of structuring and managing complex, high-impact licensing partnerships with multinational organizations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of P&L responsibility and commercial strategy at a division or category level.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and experience with complex deal structures and contract terms.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong executional discipline and operational orientation.
