Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end consumer marketing vision for EMEA, ensuring consistent emotional, visual and experiential brand presence across all markets and channels.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary regional marketing organisation covering performance, CRM/lifecycle, clienteling, brand campaigns, social & influencer, PR and analytics.
- Own the full EMEA marketing budget: set investment frameworks, optimise ROI, and partner with Finance on forecasting and financial accountability.
- Drive acquisition, conversion and retention strategies across all channels, including social-commerce funnels, creator-led programs and performance channels.
- Develop and execute CRM, loyalty and clienteling strategies, integrating outreach platforms and unified customer data for advanced personalization.
- Lead development and delivery of 360° brand and seasonal campaigns aligned to global strategy and commercial priorities.
- Shape PR and communications strategy to strengthen reputation, visibility and consumer sentiment; maintain high-impact media relationships.
- Establish measurement, attribution (MMM/MTA), experimentation and KPI frameworks to inform continuous testing, learning and scaling.
- Manage agency and strategic platform partnerships; drive innovation and operational excellence across external suppliers.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive consumer marketing experience within fashion, luxury or premium retail.
- 5+ years leading multi‑country teams across EMEA, with demonstrable ability to operate in matrixed, multi-market environments.
- Proven experience owning and optimising multimillion‑dollar marketing budgets and accountability for ROI.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle, clienteling, social commerce and omnichannel brand activation.
- Strong analytical rigour with experience in attribution models (MMM/MTA), experimentation and KPI-driven decision making.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, cross-functional partnership and agency leadership skills.

Senior executive with a minimum of 15 years in consumer marketing within fashion, luxury or premium retail, including at least 5 years managing multi‑country EMEA teams and responsibility for large regional budgets and integrated marketing P&L.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
