Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing and delivering seasonal marketing plans and events across EU-owned retail lifestyle and outlet stores and partner channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multichannel 360-degree campaigns with a focus on engaging in-store customer experiences, events, influencer partnerships, and digital initiatives
  • Ensure efficient cross-divisional communications to deliver consistent brand messaging and create a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints
  • Partner with internal digital teams to innovate and implement digital and social drive-to-store initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end campaign development from initial brief through design sign-off, costings, delivery, and results monitoring
  • Foster strong and transparent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate store-led clienteling initiatives and appointments (virtual and in-store), provide seasonal tools, and manage gift-with-purchase (GWP) allocation
  • Share seasonal assets and regular updates with mall and outlet partners to amplify marketing activations and ensure global alignment
  • Manage day-to-day communications with outlet partners and develop strong partnerships within the field and retail store network
  • Identify and present strategic opportunities aligned with Michael Kors business objectives for retail full-price and outlet channels across all product categories
  • Manage project budgets and report on return on investment (ROI)
  • Stay current on industry trends, new developments, and technologies in the luxury and fashion sectors
  • Develop compelling reports on market trends, industry landscape, and competitive positioning
  • Generate innovative ideas and develop them into actionable marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of marketing with strong brand judgement and understanding of the luxury industry
  • Proven success in planning and delivering campaigns
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
