Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead EMEA compensation and benefits data analysis, including Excel-based modelling, benchmarking and regular reporting to inform pay decisions.
  • Support compliance activities across EMEA compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring alignment with local legislation.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, COE and external providers to deliver evidence‑based recommendations and operational updates.
  • Conduct qualitative research and independent problem-solving on ad hoc Total Rewards queries, proposing pragmatic solutions.
  • Administer benefits programmes (healthcare, retirement, insurance, wellbeing), manage eligibility files, joiner/leaver processes and billing support.
  • Support annual enrolment cycles, renewals and employee communications; maintain accurate HRIS records and benefits materials.
  • Monitor benefits utilisation and costs, produce analysis and identify process improvements to enhance employee experience.
  • Collaborate with regional and global Total Rewards teams to align local programmes with global strategy while reflecting market specifics.

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel proficiency with advanced formulas, data manipulation and reporting; experience in compensation modelling or benchmarking preferred.
  • Demonstrable discretion and professionalism handling confidential compensation data.
  • Confident, independent decision-making and the ability to progress work with minimal supervision.
  • Diplomatic written and verbal communication skills for engagement with senior HRBPs and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise competing requests, manage routine administration and deliver analytical projects to deadline.
  • Workday familiarity is a plus; willingness to learn HRIS systems and processes on the job.

Experience

Approximately 2+ years of professional experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, total rewards or a related HR/finance analytics function; experience working with cross-functional partners (Payroll, Legal, Finance) is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline preferred — or equivalent practical experience in rewards/HR analytics.
