Michael Kors in Berlin seeks a Temporary Stock Associate (part-time) for omnichannel order fulfilment and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and fulfil omnichannel orders (Web-to-Store, Click and Collect, Kors Connect) accurately and within agreed service-level targets.
- Pick, pack and label parcels to a high standard, ready for customer collection or handover to delivery partners.
- Verify items against store order requests, invoices and packing slips to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate point-of-sale functions and comply with POS policies and store procedures during order completion.
- Observe and apply proper stockroom safety procedures when lifting and moving merchandise; participate in inventories and loss-prevention initiatives.
- Support store team by retrieving stock for in-store requests, assisting with store and stockroom housekeeping, and participating in training and store meetings.
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods or process issues to the stock manager or store manager and escalate customer complaints for resolution.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to safely perform moderate to heavy physical tasks (lifting, carrying, unloading).
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with inventory software and point-of-sale procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret invoices, packing slips and order documentation.
- Team-oriented with the capacity to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service minded with the ability to resolve client queries effectively and professionally.
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail operations, stockroom management or order fulfilment is required; prior exposure to luxury retail environments and omnichannel retail processes is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or warehouse operations advantageous.
