Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and product advice to drive sales of apparel, accessories and related categories.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while implementing established sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Support the implementation of visual merchandising directives to ensure the store reflects brand standards.
- Assist with cashiering and point-of-sale transactions accurately and securely.
- Adhere to all company policies, retail procedures and opening/closing routines.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of two years' retail experience.
- Fluent German and good command of English.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and strong interpersonal presentation.
- Energetic, self-motivated personality with a passion for the brand and luxury product knowledge.
- Proactive, with a good sense of urgency and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of hands-on retail experience; prior exposure to fashion or luxury retail is strongly advantageous.
Education
Vocational qualification in retail sales or equivalent professional training.
