Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, brand-consistent customer experience and act as an ambassador for Michael Kors.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets during a high-volume seasonal period.
- Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards to ensure a polished storefront presentation.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the store POS and handle cash procedures according to policy.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory organisation and floor replenishment to optimise product availability.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet opening/closing procedures and adapt to changing priorities during peak trading.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a retail sales associate in a fast-paced, high-volume store environment.
- Results-driven with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused, charismatic manner.
- Comfortable multitasking and working as part of a larger retail team during peak periods.
- Flexibility in scheduling to support summer peak trading (weekends and evenings as required).
