Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service from greeting to post-sale care, cultivating long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling and product presentation.
- Maintain store operational standards, including visual merchandising, floor standards and replenishment to brand guidelines.
- Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Support inventory control activities: stockroom organisation, receiving deliveries and stock replenishment on the selling floor.
- Work collaboratively with the retail team to communicate commercial priorities, support training and contribute to a positive retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a high-volume store, preferably within fashion or premium brands.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
