Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, luxury customer experience through proactive clientelling and personalised service.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives by converting traffic, nurturing relationships, and driving repeat business.
- Maintain high operational standards including merchandising, visual presentation and store housekeeping.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, accessories, menswear, watches, jewellery, footwear, eyewear and fragrance.
- Collaborate with the store team to support a positive, fast‑paced retail environment and ensure seamless customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a high‑volume or luxury environment.
- Result‑driven attitude with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build lasting client relationships (clientelling).

Experience
Previous experience as a retail sales associate, preferably within a luxury or high‑volume store, with evidence of achieving sales targets and delivering superior customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualifications in retail, fashion or a related field are a plus.
