Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the store during a high-volume seasonal period, ensuring exceptional customer service and an elevated shopping experience.
  • Open and close the store as required; assume key-holder responsibilities for store security and safe management.
  • Drive store sales by achieving individual and team targets and by delivering proactive clientelling and conversion techniques.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards, including stock replenishment, window presentation and in-store displays.
  • Operate the point-of-sale and perform accurate cash handling, transaction reconciliation and daily till management.
  • Coach and support sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques and brand service standards.
  • Monitor loss-prevention procedures and compliance with company policies; escalate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sales associate in a high-volume retail environment, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
