Capri Holdings seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner for Retail in London. Full-time role managing EMEA recruitment, £35,000–£40,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across retail functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, providing guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation using Workday
- Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners by understanding team needs and aligning on candidate profiles for both creative and operational roles
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through each stage with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity across recruitment systems to support compliance and streamline processes
- Contribute to sourcing strategy by utilizing creative outreach techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple job families
- Assist with high-volume hiring needs, identifying and engaging candidates to support team and business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1–2 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in fast-paced, competitive talent markets
- Proven experience recruiting for roles within Retail or Corporate sectors
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing
- Strong influencing skills and ability to foster collaboration across creative, operational, and regional teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills and self-driven approach to achieving hiring goals

Experience
1–2 years of successful experience in sourcing and hiring passive candidates within competitive talent markets, with demonstrated proficiency in full-cycle recruitment processes and end-to-end candidate management. Experience recruiting for Retail or Corporate sectors is required. Sourcing experience in the DACH regions is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from GBP 35,000 to GBP 40,000 per annum.
