Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze current supply chain processes and identify improvement opportunities aligned with corporate objectives
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to remain current with industry trends and best practices
- Lead co-ops, interns, and junior analysts through supply chain lifecycles and financial acumen within the Capri matrixed organizational environment
- Support supply chain projects from initiation through completion, including scoping and pre-project business case development
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management stakeholders
- Lead development of the departmental calendar and host monthly status updates
- Own the Global Operations project tracker and capital/operational expenditure forecasting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management utilizing data analytics tools
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through advanced data analysis
- Support GHG data collection, analysis, and interpretation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of professional experience in supply chain management or a closely related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools including Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Tableau, and AI assistance platforms
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and interpersonal competencies
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments
