Role & Responsibilities
- Process and fulfil online customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Pick and pack merchandise to Michael Kors packaging and presentation standards.
- Receive incoming shipments, secure goods and perform continuous inventory maintenance and stock control.
- Assist with merchandise presentation, storage, product care and routine housekeeping of the stockroom.
- Prepare and pick transfers for inter‑store shipments and internal logistics movements.
- Adhere to warehouse and safety standards and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate electronic and physical documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a warehouse operative, stockroom assistant or similar role; retail or luxury goods experience preferred.
- Structured, efficient work organisation with strong multitasking capability.
- Knowledge of warehouse and safety procedures and proven ability to follow them consistently.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and confident PC skills.
- Flexibility with scheduling and capacity to work a 20‑hour per week summer schedule.
- Professional, customer‑oriented demeanour and ability to interact positively with colleagues and customers.
- Physical ability to lift, carry and handle merchandise safely.
