Role & Responsibilities
- Process and fulfil customer online orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Pick and pack online orders in accordance with established packaging and presentation standards.
- Receive incoming deliveries, perform goods-in checks and record shipments into inventory systems.
- Maintain stock integrity through continuous inventory control, reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Support store merchandising, stock replenishment, product care and visual presentation in the back-of-house.
- Prepare and pick merchandise for inter-store transfers and other logistic movements.
Qualifications
- Initial professional experience as a warehouse or stockroom associate in retail.
- Structured, efficient working style with strong multi-tasking capability.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety standards; ability to apply them consistently.
- Presentable, client-oriented demeanour and professional communication with colleagues and customers.
- Flexible availability to support roster and peak retail periods.
- Good PC skills and practical experience with merchandise/stock management systems.
- Good command of English.
