Role & Responsibilities
- Process and fulfil customer online orders in accordance with company procedures
- Pick and pack orders to prescribed packaging and presentation standards
- Receive incoming goods, perform quality checks and ensure secure storage
- Maintain permanent inventory accuracy through stock counts and reconciliation
- Support merchandise presentation, general warehousing and upkeep of stock areas
- Prepare and pick items for inter-store or warehouse transfers
Qualifications
- Practical experience working as a warehouse operative, stockroom clerk or similar
- Organised, efficient approach with proven multi-tasking ability
- Knowledge of warehouse and health & safety standards and their application
- Professional, customer-oriented demeanour and ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility with scheduling and shift patterns
- Good English language proficiency and confident PC skills

Previous hands-on experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment; experience with e‑commerce order fulfilment, inventory systems or retail logistics is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training in logistics, retail or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
