Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain client communication using clientelling apps and tools
  • Maintain floor and stock presence and visual merchandising standards
  • Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
  • Develop product expertise using Product Knowledge packs to advise customers with passion and confidence
  • Understand business results and sales opportunities to drive revenue growth

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm and excitement to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Relevant sales experience in retail or luxury environment
  • Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire team members to achieve results
  • Technological proficiency with ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer experience
