Role & Responsibilities
- Provide full operational and strategic leadership of the store to achieve sales targets and business plans in close collaboration with Head Office.
- Recruit, develop and coach a high‑performing retail team, fostering talent progression and a customer‑centric sales culture.
- Deliver an exceptional omnichannel customer experience across in‑store and digital touchpoints to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, loss prevention, cash handling and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Analyse store KPIs and financial metrics, translating insights into actionable plans to optimise performance and profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager, Deputy Manager or similar within premium or luxury fashion retail.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and managing store P&L or KPIs.
- Strong coaching and people‑management skills with experience recruiting and developing retail teams.
- Hands‑on, commercial mindset with the ability to convert KPI analysis into operational improvements.
- Business‑level German; professional English skills are advantageous in an international environment.
