Michael Kors is hiring a Store Manager in Wayne, NJ (Willowbrook) to lead the store team and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the store team to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and retain best-in-class retail talent while promoting ongoing development and performance management.
- Ensure operational excellence across store processes including merchandising, inventory control, visual standards and point-of-sale operations.
- Develop and execute the store business plan, driving incremental sales through local marketing, events and cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain a client book by establishing long-term client relationships, driving repeat traffic and client engagement.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and fulfill online and in-store demand.
- Generate foot traffic through community involvement, in-store events and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of store manager experience in a specialty or branded retail environment.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (cannot sponsor visas).
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail days.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of management experience in a specialty retail setting with demonstrated success in sales leadership, team development, operational execution and omnichannel retail initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Wayne, New Jersey, USA, with easy access to New York.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 85,000 per annum.
