Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing store team to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, hire and retain best-in-class talent; drive team development and performance management.
  • Oversee all store operations to ensure operational excellence, compliance and visual merchandising standards.
  • Create and execute strategic plans informed by business analytics to drive sales, traffic and productivity.

  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
