Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team to deliver elevated client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent while managing performance and career progression.
- Drive sales growth through strategic business planning, clienteling and omnichannel execution.
- Ensure operational excellence across store processes, visual merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
- Create local demand by engaging community, planning in-store events and building a robust client book.
- Leverage cross-functional partners and marketing opportunities to maximize traffic and conversions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager at a specialty or luxury retailer.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and managing P&L or store performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience executing omnichannel and clienteling strategies.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years managing a specialty or luxury retail store with demonstrated success in driving sales, developing teams and executing omnichannel initiatives. Prior experience in recruitment, P&L accountability and event-driven local marketing is preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
