Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team to deliver elevated client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent while managing performance and career progression.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic business planning, clienteling and omnichannel execution.
  • Ensure operational excellence across store processes, visual merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Create local demand by engaging community, planning in-store events and building a robust client book.
  • Leverage cross-functional partners and marketing opportunities to maximize traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager at a specialty or luxury retailer.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and managing P&L or store performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain retail teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience executing omnichannel and clienteling strategies.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Experience

Education

High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
